Codex 1751637 (base 6617cfd). skill/SKILL.md said collaborate allows 20 relay hops; src/policy.ts LEVEL_MAX_HOP gives collaborate no limit (only ask is capped at 6). The skill line now matches, and test/skill-relay-depth.test.ts derives every documented limit from LEVEL_MAX_HOP so they can't drift (fails on the old wording). CHANGELOG Unreleased only. skill-relay-depth + skill-links + skill-selfheal 8/8.
