Description

This PR localizes content/en/docs/concepts/overview/working-with-objects/storage-version.md into Brazilian Portuguese.

• Adds content/pt-br/docs/concepts/overview/working-with-objects/storage-version.md
• Translated from the English page at main (commit 8ab33b8)
• Terminology follows existing pt-br conventions: "versão de armazenamento", "servidor de API", "recursos personalizados", "criptografia em repouso (encryption at rest)"
• Link to storage-version-migration task page updated to /pt-br/ (page exists in pt-br); custom-resources and kms-provider pages not yet localized, English paths kept
• YAML example preserved with translated comments; {#CustomResourceDefinition-storage-version} anchor kept
