What happened
As you can see, there's what seems to be a DB fault when trying to submit a result.
According to AI, it's role-wide, but don't base off that just in case, just a lead if anything.
For instance, I did try filling up the prefill number just in case it remotely had anything to do.
Going into the Inspect options, the error code is 403 and this is the response:

Either grant the role, though it would allow users to actually submit, or make these submissions go through a screening of sorts.
