Update tutorials for Landlab 2.0

Prior to the release of Landlab 2.0, we need to:

• update tutorial notebooks for current (1.x) usage where needed
• update tutorials to work with 2.0 where needed
• verify each tutorial (either it will work with 2.0 or has a version ready for 2.0)
