chore: add project URLs and keywords to PyPI metadata

The PyPI page for langfuse shows no link to the source repository and has no keywords. This adds both to pyproject.toml:

• [project.urls]: Homepage, Documentation, Repository (github.com/langfuse/langfuse-python), Issues (langfuse/langfuse, where the issue templates already route SDK bugs), and Changelog (GitHub releases).
• keywords: llm, observability, tracing, opentelemetry, evaluation, llm-as-a-judge, prompt-management, datasets, experiments, openai, langchain, ai-agents, monitoring.

These take effect on PyPI with the next release.

Verification

• uv build --no-sources builds successfully. The wheel METADATA contains the Keywords: line and all five Project-URL: entries.
• twine check reports PASSED for both the wheel and the sdist.
