### Changed

- Every pull request that changes behaviour now bumps the version (`deno task version:bump:<type>`) and dates its changelog section; CI (`release-gate`) refuses the merge otherwise, unless the PR carries the `no-release` label. Merging into `main` creates the tag `vX.Y.Z` and a GitHub Release from the changelog automatically; tags are no longer created by hand. `deno task release:check` runs the same gate locally
