Bumps package.json to 1.2.1 and adds the CHANGELOG entry for #17 (declare the storage permission so save stats, rating preferences and diagnostics persist).

The rest of what's on develop since v1.2.0 is CI/tooling only (#15, #16, #18, #20, publish workflow fixes) and isn't user-facing.

After this merges, develop → main triggers auto-tag v1.2.1 → publish to Chrome, Firefox and Edge.
