Guide report creation and sharing through Artifact Site's Mainland China and Global websites. Readers install the site's skill and follow its workflow, including sharing permissions.
Update both READMEs and shorten the report guide by removing the duplicated CLI tutorial and outdated deployment instructions. The guide retains local-build and formal benchmark-release requirements.
Validation: both website entries return HTTP 200; all four existing README navigation tests pass; Markdown diff checks pass.
