Ensure the threshold engine detects actuation conditions, waits the validation period, and reverts in case of insufficient gain or regression. Two tests are marked XFAIL which highlight that revert actions incorrectly consider only cumulative IO operations, not IOPS. Signed-off-by: Leonardo Forchini <leonardo.forchini@nutanix.com>
