cxc loop pr-record is referenced by lane briefs but is not a verb in 0.2.42 #313

Problem

Lane briefs for opencodex sweep work tell the agent to record a finished PR with cxc loop pr-record. That verb does not exist in codexclaw 0.2.42+codex.20261009045258:

cxc --help lists no other PR-recording command either. The lane therefore could not record its PR through cxc, and reported it only through GOAT goat_origin_report / goat_thread_report_result.

Expected

Either cxc loop pr-record (or an equivalent documented verb) exists for recording a delivered PR URL, head SHA and check state against the bound goalplan, or the briefs and skills that reference it are corrected to name the supported path.
