[Bug]: cold-spawn-warmup coverage fails on dev: codex-shim-bypass-token.test.ts has no disposition #7400

Summary

On dev at dbb908f (#7397), tests/ci-workflows/cold-spawn-warmup.test.ts › every file that times a spawned child against the deadline has a disposition fails. #7397 added tests/codex-integration/codex-shim-bypass-token.test.ts, which bounds a spawned child by the deadline, but the test has no entry in the DISPOSITIONS map. As a result, the Ubuntu test shard is red on every PR based on that commit, including #7395 and #7396. Expected: the new file has a disposition, so the coverage test passes.

Reproduction

1. git checkout dbb908f7d (clean origin/dev)
2. bun test --isolate tests/ci-workflows/cold-spawn-warmup.test.ts (Bun 1.4.3)
3. The received list has one extra entry: tests/codex-integration/codex-shim-bypass-token.test.ts.
