Review of exact head 36a5f93aa7d6e84e06b054d2bd4ab5f139e4db6e: please restore the existing file-size ceiling rather than increasing it.
At tests/fixtures/file-size-baseline.json:20, this PR raises gui/src/pages/Models.tsx from 2,792 to 2,830. The candidate Models file contains 2,810 newline-terminated lines, so restoring the original cap alone is insufficient. The trusted dev AGENTS.md explicitly requires extraction rather than a higher baseline; the ratchet's updateBaseline() also deliberately never raises a cap. A passing check against the edited baseline does not establish compliance with that invariant. Please revert the cap increase and extract the added settings-row responsibility into a focused component/helper, preserving the current behavior and relevant mounted tests.
Also register both new root-suite regression files in BOTH scripts/test-layout/layout.json (explicit map) and tests/fixtures/test-layout-expected.json:

I checked the actual head versions of both maps: neither basename is registered. This is a declared inventory requirement, not a claim that the membership oracle necessarily fails: that oracle intentionally permits some seed-resolved new files.

Keep the later focused results separate from full-suite success and re-attest on the resulting head.

Verified the three requested corrections at dbbba6626355fa3b1e7b0b1883c9bba1a0e7faf5: Models.tsx is 2,792 lines, the file-size baseline is not raised, the common row is extracted to SettingsRow, and both new root tests are registered in both maps. The current Verification section explicitly preserves the failed changed-mode run and four unclassified update timeouts instead of calling every failure environmental.
I therefore withdrew only my scoped review 5481602172; leaving those corrected objections active would be misleading. No new test, scan, browser/OS acceptance, whole-feature approval or CI waiver is claimed. The remaining 47-file semantic review, failed broad-run triage, readiness and required boundary/platform/CI evidence remain separate; keep Draft until those are satisfied.
Brings the branch onto the current dev tip. Only the two test-layout registries conflicted; both resolved as the union of the two sides, with layout.json kept on one line per group so the file stays under the 2,000-line file-size ratchet threshold (1999 lines).
