Replace the Zcash block explorer

The current explorer has two problems:
/transactions/{hash}. The widget builds{explorer}/tx/{hash}, which returns 404 there. The backend has a special case for it; the widget does not.Checked on 2026-09-25 against the Ironwood payout

/tx/and/address/paths, so the widget needs no path override. Blockchair (/transaction/path, misreads v6 shielded value as fee) and explorer.zec.rocks (503 / timeouts) were also checked and not chosen.Follow-up
