[Deepin Integration]~[v25-Release] fix: build qemu-system-data firmware blobs on every architecture by Zeno-sole@deepin-community/qemu by deepin-community-ci-bot[bot] #14045
Use the x86-64 cross toolchain to build the x86 firmware blobs
gcc-i686-linux-gnu is not installable on arm64/loong64/riscv64: the
metapackage is published for those architectures but its payload
gcc-12-i686-linux-gnu is only built for amd64, so the OBS build
aborted with "nothing provides gcc-12-i686-linux-gnu >= 12.3.0-1~
needed by gcc-i686-linux-gnu"
Build pc-bios/optionrom and qboot with x86_64-linux-gnu-gcc/ld/objcopy
instead, which are complete on every architecture we build for
The x86-64 cross toolchain emits the 16-bit and 32-bit code these
blobs need, and the resulting option ROMs and qboot.rom are
byte-identical to the ones built with the native amd64 toolchain
