What changed

getMultiplePeekAccounts has the same parameters and response shape as getMultipleAccounts. For each key it returns the visible local image when one exists. Otherwise it reads a base-chain snapshot and does not clone that account into accountsdb or subscribe to it.

AccountMode::Missing placeholders are not treated as a local account, so an earlier getMultipleAccounts miss does not hide an account that now exists on base. Misses and hits from base are reused for 3 seconds in a Chainlink cache that is separate from the engine account LRU.

getMultipleMagicAccounts is removed. A rent-funded Magic account is still returned, because it is a visible local image, and so is any other local mode.

Impact

Replaces the method added on this branch. Callers that only wanted rent-funded Magic accounts and a guaranteed null for everything else need to filter the result themselves. Permission reads can include base-chain accounts without pushing those keys through the readonly eviction cache.
