fix(aperture): resolve addresses in simulateTransaction inner instructions - #1903
Agave builds the simulation's inner instructions with parse_ui_inner_instructions, so a CPI comes back parsed or partially decoded, with programId and account addresses. @solana/web3.js 1.x validates exactly that shape and throws on the compiled one, so connection.simulateTransaction(tx, { innerInstructions: true }) fails for any transaction that makes a CPI.
The handler now resolves the indices with parse_ui_inner_instructions against the loaded accounts, which follow message key order.
Impact
simulateTransaction responses with innerInstructions: true match Agave's shape. Responses without inner instructions are unchanged.
Reviewer notes
New test test_simulate_transaction_inner_instructions_resolve_addresses in aperture/tests/transactions.rs simulates a v42 self-CPI and checks programId and the account addresses. It fails on master with the compiled form above and passes with this change. tests/transactions.rs passes, and cargo fmt --check and cargo clippy -p magicblock-aperture --tests -- -D warnings are clean.
…tions
With innerInstructions: true, simulateTransaction returned each CPI in
its compiled form (programIdIndex and account indices). Agave builds
them with parse_ui_inner_instructions, so a CPI comes back with its
programId and account addresses, which is the shape @solana/web3.js
validates; it throws on the compiled form.
Resolve the indices against the loaded accounts, which follow message
key order, the same way.
Resolve and test inner instructions aperture/src/requests/http/simulate_transaction.rs, aperture/tests/transactions.rs
Simulation builds account keys from post-execution loaded accounts and uses them to parse recorded inner instructions. The test submits a simulateTransaction request with innerInstructions: true and checks the resolved program ID and account addresses.
The simulation response resolves CPI addresses as expected. Stronger account-list assertions are an optional improvement, not a prerequisite for merging.

Explanation
The description explains the problem: with innerInstructions true, simulateTransaction returned compiled CPI instructions with numeric indices. It names the fix, which resolves indices with parse_ui_inner_instructions against loaded accounts. It also lists the new test and the verification commands. It matches the raw summary's changes to simulate_transaction.rs and transactions.rs.

The CPI forwards [output, PROGRAM_ID]. The current assertions can pass a response with the accounts in the wrong order or an incorrect second account. They also allow a programIdIndex field.
