init.priority('high','low','auto') to plain, streamed, worklet and prefetch requests, and persists it forprefetchOnAppStart.Android maps it to Cronet request priority; iOS sets
URLSessionTask.priority(iOS 16+ through a task delegate that is only created when needed), so requests without a priority take the same path as before.Harness tests assert priority ordering on Android and every request path on both platforms; a 200-iteration A/B against main on device showed no measurable overhead.
