Most functions are unannotated (for example set_log_context, ContextualLoggerAdapter, log_duration, tqdm_logging). Add annotations, run mypy --strict in CI and include a py.typed marker so downstream projects get type information. log_duration should use ParamSpec/TypeVar to preserve the wrapped signature.
