Emoji map references levels that do not exist (SYSTEM, SECURITY, NETWORK, ...)

ContextFilter maps SYSTEM, SECURITY, NETWORK, DATABASE, STARTUP and SHUTDOWN to emoji, but only the five standard levels are registered, so those entries can never match.

Either register these as custom levels (logging.addLevelName) with helper methods such as logger.security(...), or remove them. Also make the emoji optional, since many terminals, log shippers and file viewers render them badly.
