Summary

Adds a PyPI publish job to the release workflow, using trusted publishing so no token is stored. The build now runs once and the GitHub release and the PyPI upload both use that same artifact.

Before the first release

Set up the pending publisher on pypi.org (steps in docs/releasing.md): project ctxlogkit, owner markbac, repository py-logkit, workflow release.yml, environment pypi. Create the pypi environment in the repository settings.

Note: pypa/gh-action-pypi-publish is referenced by its release/v1 tag, because the commit SHA could not be looked up from here.

Not run: the workflow only runs on a v* tag. YAML was parsed locally.
