remove the DBE extension and example - #70

DBE is superseded by the Present extension (see examples/present.zig), which provides off-screen rendering via pixmaps plus frame synchronization. The dbe example only existed to exercise the DBE bindings and had its own timer-driven animation loop to maintain. x11.dbe is kept as a @CompileError pointing to the Present extension.
