Project setup offers Cancel and Create & open above the active workspace. Every project location has Browse, with read-only folder navigation and explicit new destination names. Validated 253 scoped frontend tests, production build, 11 folder API tests, 10 open-folder tests and live cancellation, keyboard focus and nonmutation behavior.
Distinguish a missing proposed child from its existing empty parent so Browse preserves the intended folder name. Recover from unfinished path hints without accepting relative selections. Validated 10 folder-client tests, 12 folder API tests, production build and live selection with no filesystem writes.
Audit file and folder selection flows, replace the hidden-label H5 chooser with a keyboard-accessible Browse button, and add Open exports folder for the fixed local handoff directory. Validated 255 scoped frontend tests, 18 folder API tests, 10 open-folder tests, production build and live H5 keyboard selection and exports opening.

Prepare Rieke OS 0.1.3 with the self-contained Apple Silicon desktop app, native indexed tag lookup, durable annotation history, and portable project recovery. Large projects now use persistent membership and Unicode prefix indexes; the 100,000-epoch synthetic benchmark measured autocomplete at 21–26 ms after initial index preparation.
The desktop candidate uses the explicit unsigned testing channel. Final packaged-app qualification and release assets are handled separately from this source PR.
Validation on the frozen source: 1,115 Python tests passed with native MySQL and transfer enabled (2,792 subtests), then the remaining real-recording portability test passed separately; 322 frontend tests and production build passed; 61 desktop tests passed; release manifest and whitespace checks passed. The source validation receipt and reproducible benchmark are included under docs/dev/.
