fix(#2215): hide last updated date on REST API page - #2269

Conversation
The date reflects the last commit to the api.md wrapper, not the OpenAPI spec it loads. Add a displayUpdatedDate front matter flag that the docs single layout respects and turn it off for the REST API page. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Description
Closes #2215
Adds a
displayUpdatedDatefront matter flag (defaulttrue) tolayouts/docs/single.htmland sets it tofalseon the REST API page, which then renders the same spacer Hextra uses when the date is off site-wide. The date tracked the last commit to theapi.mdwrapper rather than the OpenAPI spec, and the spec has no date to source one from (itsinfoblock carries onlyversion: 5.3.0).Checked with a Hugo 0.158.0 extended build: only
/building/reference/api/loses "Last updated" (491 other pages keep it), confirmed in Chromium.AI Disclosure: This PR was written by Claude Code under my direction. I reviewed the change.
