Moving the crate root to `src/lib.rs` removed these paths, which downstream crates still import.

Moving the crate root to
src/lib.rsremoved therav1d::src::*paths that 1.1.0 exported. Crates such as avif-decode and zenavif still import from them, so this re-exports the old paths and marks them deprecated.rustc ignores
#[deprecated]on modules and re-exports, so code using the old paths won't get a warning. The deprecation only shows in rustdoc and IDEs. Getting real warnings would mean a thin wrapper for each function, and that boilerplate didn't seem worth it.Needed for the 1.1.1 release (#1506).
