AL MCP startup in every kind of project (even non AL)

It is annoying working in other projects being asked for an AL Launch JSON beacuse the MCP is fired for every kind of vscode project.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
ask anything to an agent

3. Expected behavior
MCP firing only in AL projects

Fire up in every project

• Visual Studio Code: 1.140.0
