Previously, passing None, a non-sequence, or non-agent objects as participants would raise internal AttributeError/TypeError. Now raises clear TypeError with descriptive message. Fixes microsoft#7580

Hello everyone, Checking in regarding this contribution for microsoft/autogen (fix: validate participants early in BaseGroupChat). Contributing around multi-agent orchestration, agent communication, and tool execution in AutoGen has been exciting, and I'd love to help out with additional improvements and features across microsoft/autogen.
