Add a launch configuration example that keeps background threads running.Clarify that Pause still suspends all threads and that these are client configuration settings, not CLI
--configure-*options ordebugpy.configure()properties. Link to the existing debug configuration wiki reference.The VS Code launch.json schema is maintained in the Python Debugger extension and is not changed here.
