Extracted the conversation hook, API client, SSE parser, and speech-input hook out of this plugin into a new published package (datum-cloud/assistant-chat-kit) so other portal plugins — starting with interconnect's own assistant page — can embed the same Patch chat experience without duplicating this logic. ChatDock's behavior is unchanged, it's a pure import swap. Also bumps @datum-cloud/datum-ui to ^2.10.0: the archive/delete feature (e3474c7) already depends on AssistantWorkspaceProps.onArchiveChat / onUnarchiveChat / confirmDelete, which only exist from datum-ui 2.10.0 onward, but the dependency range was never bumped past ^2.5.0 — a resolver could legally install an older datum-ui and fail to typecheck.
