Docker Engine 29.7.1（WSL2 上の Ubuntu）では、MySQL 公式イメージが
failed to register layer: openat dev/ptmx: no such file or directoryで取得できない。dev/ptmx（5,2）を含むdocker importで切り分けると、置き場所に関係なく 5,2 のデバイスだけが失敗し、dev/nullなどほかのデバイスや FIFO は成功したpts（devpts）を探して端末を割り当てようとし、見つからなければ ENOENT を返す（コンテナ内で確かめた）。Docker が展開時に作ったデバイスファイルを開き直しているためと見られるcompose.yml本体（mysql:8.3）は変えていない。検証用の上書き設定でだけ mariadb:11 にしている。確認方法
compose up→setup-site.js --sample --editor→smoke.jsで 6/6 PASS。作業ツリーに余計な差分が残らないこと（sample.htaccessの自動復元、install-config.phpの削除）も確かめたmanager/includes/config.inc.phpが残った状態では、setup-site.jsが止まって--reinstallを案内すること、--reinstallで退避して入れ直せることを確かめたquick_validate.py（skill-creator）で、両方のスキルが有効と判定された/doc-auditで見つかったパス表記の揺れと重複（3 件）は修正済み🤖 Generated with Claude Code
