What changed?

This PR regenerates api-go for the Nexus progress messages and the stream notifier RPCs.

  • proto/api points at api 5f7ed18d, with close_failure. .gitmodules names moetemp/api while the commit exists only there.
  • The new code is the stream/v1 package, the progress messages, the workflowservice client, server and mocks, and the WIT copy under systemnexus/.
  • The proxy's payload visitor visits NotifyStreamRequest.close_result and close_failure.
  • Please note that the submodule URL is a release blocker. It goes back to temporalio/api before an upstream PR.

Why?

The server and the SDK tooling take the API through api-go, and the System Nexus code comes from the same WIT (DD-36).

How did you test it?

Link to a test plan if any -

  • Unit Tests
  • Staging
  • End to End Tests

make proto, go build ./..., go test -tags protolegacy ./... and make check pass. The live lane's server builds on this pin.

Pins proto/api to the fork commit that adds Nexus operation progress and the
stream notifier RPCs, so the server and SDKs can build against them. The
submodule points at moetemp/api because the commit exists only there.
Picks up the api fix that makes progress and NotifyStream carry a string
position and string metadata, so the payload visitor no longer walks them.
The notifier WIT now uses WIT maps, an optional run id, a namespace taken from the workflow and an omitted identity.
Picks up the attach request's operation token and start time, which the
notifier sends back to the caller, and the 1 KiB position bound.
The api N2 and N3 heads changed only comments and the nexgen pin, so only generated comments and descriptors move.
