Revised question

Can a process representation $\mathcal R$ carry a partial arithmetic realization: an anchored arithmetic subframe together with a scalar object, such that every arithmetic operation declared active in that realization is preserved? When $\mathcal R$ admits a three-dimensional, locally homogeneous quotient with a one-dimensional Seifert fibre, which Thurston--Seifert geometry is that quotient?

This replaces two over-strong readings:

  1. A, M, and P need not be placed on separate disconnected carriers.
  2. A, M, and P need not all occur on every Thurston--Seifert carrier.

The full process representation is primary; base, fibre, and any three-dimensional homogeneous carrier are derived by declared projections.

Dimension gate before topology

The number of arithmetic labels does not determine the dimension of $\mathcal R$. Use an anchored generating bundle

$
E_{\mathrm{arith}}\xrightarrow{\rho}T\mathcal R,
$

and record separately $\operatorname{rank}E_{\mathrm{arith}}$, $\operatorname{rank}\rho$, $\dim\ker\rho$, and $\dim\mathcal R$. In particular, a rank-$3n$ generating bundle need not be a $3n$-manifold.

For Brownian motion on $S^2$, legitimate representations include:

  • endpoint state $S^2$ (dimension 2);
  • unit tangent/frame lift $UTS^2\simeq SO(3)$ (dimension 3);
  • a frame-and-scale lift such as $UTS^2\times\mathbb R_{>0}$ (dimension 4);
  • full history or law carriers (typically infinite-dimensional).

Physical time may remain an external driver rather than another state coordinate.

Optional three-dimensional Thurston--Seifert reduction

Only if a declared quotient $\mathcal R\to G_3\to B_2$ has a two-dimensional base, one-dimensional fibre, and locally homogeneous three-dimensional carrier does the Seifert-six table apply. For a closed orientable Seifert geometry, the sign of the base orbifold Euler characteristic and the vanishing/nonvanishing of the rational Euler number give:

fibre twist positive base zero base negative base
$e=0$ $S^2\times\mathbb R$ $E^3$ $H^2\times\mathbb R$
$e\neq0$ $S^3$ $Nil$ $\widetilde{SL_2(\mathbb R)}$

These are the six possibilities for that three-dimensional Seifert reduction, not a dimension theorem for the full process representation. $H^3$ and $Sol$ are negative controls for this one-dimensional Seifert-fibre gate.

Partial arithmetic frame

For a selected representation $\mathcal R$ and, where available, a three-dimensional reduction $G_3$, declare:

  • a complete geometric frame or coframe adapted to the Seifert projection $\pi:G\to B$;
  • an active arithmetic index set $I_G\subseteq{A,M,P}$;
  • for each active operation, an anchored vector field/flow and an exact scalar intertwining law;
  • a global scalar object $u$, which may have to be a section or an equivariant developing scalar rather than a bare real-valued function;
  • the vertical distribution and connection/holonomy residual.

An operation has one of five distinct statuses:

  1. primitive -- a declared anchored generator with a scalar-law certificate;
  2. derived -- produced by brackets/composition of primitive generators;
  3. vertical residual -- retained by the total space but not yet an arithmetic operation;
  4. quotiented -- present before projection and forgotten by the observer;
  5. absent -- not part of this realization.

A derived or vertical direction must not be named $P$ merely because it is the third coordinate.

For an active operation, the candidate finite-flow laws are locally

$$ u(\Phi_A^t q)=u(q)+t, $$

$$ u(\Phi_M^t q)=e^t u(q), $$

$$ u(\Phi_P^t q)=u(q)^{e^t}, $$

on explicitly declared domains. Operations outside $I_G$ carry no such obligation.

Important obstruction boundary

A generic global framing is not evidence for arithmetic universality: orientable 3-manifolds are parallelizable. The nontrivial content is the arithmetic scalar intertwining and its compatibility with fibration, connection, quotient, and transition laws.

Likewise, the positive-real chart

$$ A=\partial_x,\qquad M=x\partial_x,\qquad P=x\log x,\partial_x $$

has an infinite-dimensional full bracket closure. It cannot be identified automatically with a three-dimensional Thurston Lie algebra. A valid realization may use only a subset, a derived generator, an anchored completion, or a covariant bundle-valued scalar.

On compact carriers, a complete field satisfying $A(u)=1$ for a real-valued global $u$ is obstructed. For nonzero Seifert Euler class, a global fibre coordinate/section is also obstructed. These cases require either absence of that operation, local charts, an associated bundle, or an equivariant developing scalar. They are red-team outcomes, not implementation inconveniences.

Phase D0 -- representation-dimension audit

Before assigning a Thurston geometry, record:

  • physical-state dimension;
  • arithmetic generating-bundle rank;
  • anchor rank and kernel rank;
  • geometric fibre, frame, scale, time, history, and ensemble dimensions;
  • which of these are coordinates, external parameters, or observer quotients;
  • whether a three-dimensional locally homogeneous reduction actually exists.

Phase T0 -- six-geometry reduction audit

For every geometry, record without guessing:

  • base curvature sign and fibre twist;
  • available global geometric frame/coframe;
  • candidate active subset $I_G$;
  • primitive/derived/residual/quotiented/absent status of A, M, P;
  • scalar target and globality domain;
  • exact finite-flow or differential intertwining law;
  • bracket closure and vertical-distribution preservation;
  • compact-quotient and exceptional-fibre obstructions.

The six geometries are not to be matched to six subsets by numerology; there are seven nonempty subsets of three operations, and derived status adds further possibilities.

Phase T1 -- $E^3/Nil$ topology calibration

Use the pair with flat base and different fibre twist as an exact calibration of a possible three-dimensional geometric skeleton. It is not assumed to be the entire Brownian representation.

For $E^3$:

$$ (x,y,z)(x',y',z')=(x+x',y+y',z+z'). $$

For $Nil$:

$$ (x,y,z)(x',y',z')=(x+x',y+y',z+z'+xy'). $$

Then $XY$ and $YX$ may have the same base endpoint but different vertical values, and the commutator is central. This certifies chronology/holonomy retained by the total space.

It does not certify that the central direction is $P$. That name is earned only by a power-law scalar certificate.

Arithmetic process syntax

Add/Multiply/Power syntax may still be used to represent alternative histories, chronological composition, and integer repetition, but the syntax nodes are not automatically the infinitesimal generators A, M, and P.

A Brownian expression is evaluated only after:

  1. selecting a total carrier;
  2. declaring which arithmetic operations actually occur;
  3. lifting each physical increment into the certified partial arithmetic/geometric frame;
  4. evaluating on the total space;
  5. projecting to base and fibre observers.

No matrix, Fourier, Taylor, heat-kernel, or Koopman mechanism is permitted in native discovery.

Acceptance

  • machine-readable representation-dimension and anchor ledger;
  • no assumption that the number of A/M/P labels equals manifold dimension;
  • machine-readable $2\times3$ Seifert catalogue for certified three-dimensional reductions;
  • machine-readable operation-status vocabulary;
  • no requirement that A, M, P all occur;
  • no arithmetic label without a scalar-law certificate;
  • exact $E^3/Nil$ group, projection, commutator, and holonomy witnesses;
  • process syntax is distinguished from differential generators;
  • compactness, Euler-class, bracket-closure, and domain obstructions fail closed;
  • no stable API or Theory Map promotion before the six-geometry audit.

Claim ceiling

This issue may establish the definition and first exact witnesses for partial arithmetic realizations and their optional three-dimensional Thurston--Seifert reductions. It does not establish that every one of the six geometries realizes every operation, continuum Brownian motion, a faithful finite-dimensional AMP Lie representation, surreal-number necessity, or Arithmetic Universality.

    Representation-space determination pass

    Brownian computation is paused until the representation carrier is earned from a declared observer task.

    R0 — representation contract

    For each calibration record

    [
    (\mathcal H,\mathcal O,\sim_{\mathcal O},
    \mathcal R=\mathcal H/!\sim_{\mathcal O},
    \pi:\mathcal R\to X,F,E_{\rm arith}\xrightarrow{\rho}T\mathcal R).
    ]

    The machine-readable ledger must distinguish:

    • physical state (X);
    • primitive history space (\mathcal H);
    • observer/task (\mathcal O);
    • minimal sufficient quotient (\mathcal R);
    • retained fibre (F);
    • (\dim\mathcal R), arithmetic generating rank, anchor rank, and kernel rank;
    • time as external driver versus internal coordinate;
    • finite-dimensional manifold, orbifold/stratified carrier, or infinite-dimensional history/law space.

    R1 — existing low-dimensional controls

    Audit without changing their results:

    1. line Brownian: endpoint on (\mathbb R), with optional history lift;
    2. cycle Brownian: endpoint on (S^1) versus universal-cover/deck representation;
    3. sphere Brownian: endpoint (S^2), frame lift (UTS^2\simeq SO(3)), optional scale lift, and full history carrier.

    For each pair, provide two histories with the same lower endpoint and determine exactly which observer separates them.

    R2 — the (3\times2) candidate grid

    Use constant-curvature bases and two different fibre semantics:

    base split/independent fibre candidate connection-coupled fibre candidate
    (S^2) (S^2\times\mathbb R) model; compact representative (S^2\times S^1) spherical model (S^3); frame representative (UTS^2\simeq SO(3)=\mathbb{RP}^3)
    (E^2) (E^3); compact representative (T^3) (Nil); Heisenberg/area-holonomy lift
    (H^2) (H^2\times\mathbb R); compact representative (\Sigma_g\times S^1) (\widetilde{SL_2(\mathbb R)}); frame/holonomy lift of a hyperbolic surface

    This table is a hypothesis generator, not yet a classification of Brownian representations.

    R3 — sufficiency and nontriviality

    For each cell:

    • name the fibre observable: frame angle, winding, scale, clock, signed area, or holonomy;
    • define its transport law;
    • prove projection to the physical base;
    • give a same-base/different-fibre discriminator;
    • prove the fibre is sufficient for the declared task.

    The split cells face a strict red team: if the independent fibre never changes the task answer, it must be removed from the minimal representation.

    R4 — minimality

    Compare candidate quotients. A representation is accepted only if:

    1. it is task-sufficient;
    2. every further proposed quotient loses a declared observable, or a lower-bound certificate explains the retained residual;
    3. an added coordinate is not merely an external parameter disguised as state.

    R5 — topology and globality

    After (\mathcal R) is identified, record:

    • topology and universal cover;
    • compact quotient and exceptional-fibre data;
    • connection and Euler/holonomy class;
    • existence of a global real scalar versus a local/equivariant or bundle-valued scalar;
    • whether a three-dimensional locally homogeneous reduction exists.

    Only here may one assign a Thurston--Seifert geometry.

    R6 — arithmetic occurrence

    Only after R0--R5 classify A, M, and P as primitive, derived, vertical residual, quotiented, absent, or unclassified. No third coordinate is called (P) without a power-law scalar certificate.

    Stop condition

    Do not resume continuum Brownian, heat-kernel, or efficiency claims until the representation contract and at least the (S^2/E^2/H^2) twisted-row discriminators are exact.
