FirefoxColor hasn't been updated to the Nova design yet. That's why it's better to communicate that to users with a banner. Relevant jira: ADDONSOPS-2003

Firefox shipped a new design, but the Firefox Color preview still renders
the previous UI. Add a short, always-visible notice above the preview so
people know their theme may look slightly different in Firefox, with a
link to the Extension Workshop themes docs.
…trast

Update the notice copy to name Nova and link to the add-ons blog post
about what changes for Firefox themes. Give the notice a solid white
background so it stays readable on dark themes.

I don't believe I am in a group with write access to this repo - it's not something AMO maintains. Try @Rob--W ?

I'd be surprised if we could publish this site without side effects at this point.

I'm willing to dust it off if nobody objects.

We need to renew the certificate in https://mozilla-hub.atlassian.net/browse/SREIN-1953 and I'm wondering how folks would feel about switching deployment of this site to GitHub Pages for ease of maintenance

I don't know if this will help with maintenance, but I took a stab at running the build and test workflow in GitHub Actions here: #1091

I can look into publishing the site to GitHub Pages as well, if folks think that's a good use of time.

Being able to push to gh-pages is useful, as it is the first step in the deployment process; deployment to dev. The README documents the old no-longer-working process.

Also willing to consider dropping the separate development branch and use master for primary development, to simplify things.

Let's renew the certificate but not more work than that.
