Most of this was done by `npx sv migrate sveltekit-3`: the config moves from svelte.config.js into the sveltekit() Vite plugin, $lib becomes the #lib subpath import, and tsconfig extends $app/tsconfig. Manual follow-ups: - Replace the removed `base` from $app/paths with resolve(). - goto() and links: noScroll/keepFocus become reset: false, and data-sveltekit-noscroll becomes data-sveltekit-reset="false". - page.url is now a ReadonlyURL; the URL-state helpers accept it. - Mirror #lib in tsconfig paths, because Playwright does not resolve package.json imports for the e2e fixtures. - Add @types/node for the config files, which are now type-checked. TypeScript stays on 6 because SvelteKit 3 and svelte-check do not support TypeScript 7 yet.
