Bumps openraft-rt from 0.10.0-alpha.21 to 0.10.0-alpha.35.

Release notes

Sourced from openraft-rt's releases.

OpenRaft v0.10.0-alpha.33

This alpha introduces breaking updates to linearizable reads and snapshot metadata, alongside snapshot-safety fixes and stronger Jepsen coverage.

Breaking changes

Leadership-aware linearizable reads

Linearizable-read APIs now return ReadLogId instead of Option<LogId>:

  • Raft::ensure_linearizable() returns ReadLogId.
  • Raft::get_read_log_id() returns (ReadLogId, Option<LogId>).
  • Linearizer::new() accepts ReadLogId.

ReadLogId is always present and identifies both the producing leadership and the inclusive log boundary the state machine must apply before serving the read.

Use ReadLogId::log_id() to access the underlying log ID, or ReadLogId::from_log_id() when reconstructing a leader-issued barrier for follower reads.

snapshot_id moved out of snapshot metadata

snapshot_id has been removed from SnapshotMeta and SnapshotSignature. It identifies a transfer session, not the state represented by a snapshot.

  • State machines now construct SnapshotMeta using only last_log_id and last_membership.
  • RaftNetworkV2 implementations require no changes.
  • Chunked v1 implementations use openraft_legacy::network_v1::SnapshotMeta, which retains snapshot_id and the 0.9 wire layout.
  • The v1 sender now generates a fresh ID for every transfer session.

No stored-data migration is required. The serialized layouts remain compatible with OpenRaft 0.9 under both named and positional formats.

See the v0.9-to-v0.10 upgrade guide.

Correctness fixes

  • Reject snapshots that conflict with an entry at an already committed index, during both installation and startup recovery.
  • Fix RocksDB example snapshot ordering once log indexes cross digit boundaries.
  • Prevent node-only membership changes from panicking on uninitialized nodes; they now return the normal leadership error.

Testing and reliability

  • Add composable Jepsen chaos combining partitions, process termination, process pauses, and membership changes.
  • Add a process-pause nemesis and configurable snapshot pressure.
  • Improve target selection, recovery tracking, panic detection, random-seed recording, and incomplete-run diagnostics.
  • Run Jepsen linting and unit tests on pull requests and retain result artifacts for every run.

Other changes

  • Replace byte-unit with parse-size, removing the vulnerable lockfile-only rkyv dependency.
  • Disable unused tabled default features.
  • Move the experimental ezraft implementation out of the OpenRaft repository.

### Which Issue(s) This PR Fixes(Closes)

- Fixes #11006

### Brief Description

Updating tracing-opentelemetry independently to 0.34.0 mixes OpenTelemetry 0.33 types with the 0.32 SDK, causing E0277, E0308, and E0599 errors in tracing layer construction and context propagation. Upgrade the OpenTelemetry API, SDK, exporters, log appender, and semantic conventions together to 0.33.0, and document the version relationship.

Also update rand to 0.10.3 and openraft-macros to 0.10.0-alpha.35, align the fuzz macro pin, and refresh the root, MCP, fuzz, and Web Dashboard backend lockfiles. Add the changelog entry. OpenRaft core and runtime crates remain pinned to alpha.21, explicitly excluding #10192. No Rust API or feature configuration changes are needed.

Consolidates the versions proposed by #10993, #10987, #10986, #10867, #10826, #10824, #10820, #10818, #10817, #10815, #10814, #10813, #10812, #10810, and #10808.

### How Did You Test This Change?

Local validation passed on Windows with Rust 1.95.0:

- `cargo test -p rocketmq-observability --locked`, then the same command with each feature set: `observability`, `otlp-metrics`, `otel-metrics,prometheus`, `otlp-traces`, `otlp-logs`, and `otlp-metrics,otlp-traces,otlp-logs,prometheus`. All seven configurations passed; the combined configuration passed 390 tests.
- `cargo test -p rocketmq-controller --locked --no-default-features --features dev-single --test openraft_integration_test`: 7 passed.
- `cargo test -p rocketmq-client-rust --locked --lib producer::queue_selector::select_message_queue_by_random`: 5 passed.
- `cargo check --locked -p rocketmq-broker -p rocketmq-client-rust -p rocketmq-store -p rocketmq-controller --features rocketmq-broker/otlp-metrics,rocketmq-broker/otlp-traces,rocketmq-broker/otlp-logs,rocketmq-broker/prometheus,rocketmq-controller/metrics-otlp,rocketmq-controller/metrics-prometheus,rocketmq-controller/otlp-traces,rocketmq-controller/otlp-logs`: passed after rebuilding a stale local rocketmq-security-api cache artifact.
- In `rocketmq-ai/rocketmq-mcp`: `cargo check --locked` and `cargo check --locked --features otlp,streamable-http` passed.
- In `rocketmq-dashboard/rocketmq-dashboard-web/backend`: `cargo check --locked` passed.
- In `fuzz`: `cargo +nightly-2026-07-05 check --locked --bin controller_snapshot --features controller_snapshot` passed.
- `cargo tree --locked -p rocketmq-observability --features otlp-metrics,otlp-traces,otlp-logs,prometheus -i opentelemetry` confirmed a single API version, 0.33.0.
- `cargo fmt -p rocketmq-controller -p rocketmq-observability -- --check` and `git diff --check` passed.

CI completion is not a merge requirement for this change, as requested by the maintainer.
