AppSync examples: undici advisory GHSA-xjj6-f33q-929c fails AppSync Examples on main #442

Summary

AppSync Examples fails on main since 2026-10-25 because npm audit reports GHSA-xjj6-f33q-929c (undici: DoS via excessive content-encodings) in examples/serverless-appsync-python and examples/serverless-appsync-node-typescript.

Both examples pin undici 6.28.1 transitively through serverless 4.43.0, which depends on undici exactly. The fix is to move serverless to 4.45.0 (within the existing ^4.43.0 range), which pulls undici 6.29.1. The fix is in #441.
