## [Windows] Unreleased

- Codex: the dashboard button opens the ChatGPT usage page on its **Overview** tab (`chatgpt.com/settings/usage?tab=overview`) (upstream #4607).
- Settings > Providers: **Restore default order** is disabled while sorting is off and the sidebar is already in the built-in order. The enabled-only filter reads "Only show enabled providers" (upstream #4592).
- Antigravity: the quota summary is read from Google's daily Cloud Code host (`daily-cloudcode-pa.googleapis.com`). Other Antigravity calls and the fallbacks are unchanged (upstream #4632).
- Settings > General: the Israeli new shekel (ILS, `₪`) joins the preferred currency list (upstream #4646).
- Settings > Providers > Claude: saved token accounts can be edited in place (label and token) and moved up or down. The active account stays selected after an edit or a move, and tokens stay DPAPI-protected (upstream #4612, #4625).
- Grok: when the Grok CLI's own billing is unavailable, usage is read from the CLI's ACP billing as a fallback (`grok agent stdio`, hidden window), including when the CLI login is missing or expired. The existing billing path still runs first, a failed ACP attempt shows the original sign-in error, and saved Grok accounts never use the ambient CLI login (upstream #4595).
- Settings > Menu: **Local sessions only** (off by default) limits agent sessions to this PC: no `tailscale status`, no SSH hosts. Tailscale discovery only ever runs a standalone `tailscale.exe` found on `PATH`, never the Tailscale GUI client or a `.cmd`/`.bat` launcher (upstream #4583, #4624).
- **Claude**: cost history includes Claude Desktop Cowork sessions (`local-agent-mode-sessions/**/audit.jsonl`) for the default account. A response present in both a CLI transcript and a Cowork audit is counted once. Cowork is left out when `CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR` is set or a token account is mapped (upstream #3209).
- Vercel: an opt-in **Personal budget** reads the personal AI Gateway budget (Spend, Limit, Remaining, UTC reset) once you add a Vercel access token and Team ID in Settings > Providers > Vercel (or `VERCEL_ACCESS_TOKEN` / `VERCEL_TEAM_ID`). Without a token, usage is unchanged. The access token is DPAPI-protected and only sent to `api.vercel.com`; the gateway key is only sent to `ai-gateway.vercel.sh` (upstream #4623, #4650).
- Settings > Menu bar: **Show all accounts in Overview** (off by default) shows one Overview row per cached Codex account, each with only that account's usage. Rows don't count toward the six-provider limit, read no new data, and show `Account 1`, `Account 2` under **Hide personal information**. Other providers keep one card (upstream #4594, #4626).
- **Claude**: Auto follows the active claude-swap slot (upstream #4599), and OAuth and Web limits are read entry by entry, so one malformed limit no longer hides the others (upstream #4614, #4126).
- Cursor: unified personal accounts show monthly spend (upstream #4593).
- OpenCode Go: a manual cookie honors the configured source (upstream #4616), and `codexbar cost --provider opencodego` reports local cost history (upstream #4606).
- Antigravity: the summary prefers ordinary Gemini quota buckets (upstream #4659) and larger local histories are scanned (upstream #4639).
- Pi: usage from backends without Windows pricing (for example `amazon-bedrock`) is kept as unpriced `backend/model` tokens instead of being dropped or priced as another provider (upstream #4605).
- CLI: `--provider` accepts every catalog provider ID (upstream #4643, regression test only).
- Kiro: the monthly plan-credit window gets pace like other calendar-month quotas: a pace line on the card, pace tint in the tray, and a run-out estimate for Automatic ranking. A missing or past reset shows no pace, and bonus and overage credits never get pace (upstream #4284).
- Browser cookies: Opera Neon (`%APPDATA%\Opera Software\Opera Neon Stable`) and Aside (`%LOCALAPPDATA%\Aside\User Data`) are detected for cookie import. They appear in the browser picker and join the Automatic scan after Opera GX (upstream #4235).
- Settings > Providers > Cursor: the menu bar metric picker offers Cursor's **Grok Bot** allowance. With it selected, the tray icon, tooltip and status row show that allowance, for example `Grok Bot 42%`, or a gray dash and `Grok Bot –` when Cursor reports no reading. An unknown or malformed per-provider metric in `settings.json` is now dropped with a warning instead of making the whole file load as read-only defaults; builds older than this one still reject the new `extra:` values (upstream #4269).
