## [Windows] Unreleased

- Overview: disabling a provider, in Settings or from the tray menu, removes its card and account rows at once instead of after a relaunch. claude-swap and tcr Overview rows now fill from a background read during refresh (at most every 5 minutes), so you no longer need to open Settings first.
- **Claude**: built-in price rows choose one long-context tier per request from input plus all cache tokens and bill the whole request at that tier, as upstream does. Opus 4.6 and Sonnet 4.6 use long-context rates only for usage dated before the upstream cutoff.
- Tray and Settings: percentages always say "left" or "used" and follow **Show usage as used** (the tray tooltip, tray status rows, the Claude accounts menu and the claude-swap/tcr list). "1 minute ago" is singular in every language. Under **Hide personal information**, Claude and Grok accounts are numbered in list order, and the claude-swap list masks emails as soon as the setting changes.
- Vercel: the Team ID error clears as soon as you edit the field. Budget pagination ends on an empty cursor, and a repeated cursor or more than 20 pages each get a plain error. Spend budgets show no pace or reserve text, and Credential Storage has an **Access tokens** row.
- Agent sessions: remote hosts running the macOS or Windows CLI are decoded (both reply shapes), a remote Windows host's own errors are shown for that host, and the remote command is shell-quoted. `codexbar cost --remote` shows a host with partial upstream history as partial instead of failing.
- Proof mode: seeded snapshots are pinned per provider, and `CODEXBAR_PROOF_WINDOW_ORIGIN` opens Settings, the flyout and the float bar at a set screen position (clamped to the monitor, never saved).
- Settings > Menu bar: **Show all accounts in Overview** also shows one row per saved Claude token account, each built only from the usage last fetched while that account was active. An account never fetched shows "No usage data". Removing an account drops its row and its cached usage, and no extra fetches are made (upstream #4594).
- Settings > Menu bar: **Show all accounts in Overview** also shows one row per claude-swap or tcr pool account (when the pool lists two or more). Each row uses the usage last read from the pool, or the pool's last known usage when an account has no live reading; the read is cache-only and adds no fetch. Under **Hide personal information** rows show `Account N`, and tcr accounts stay read-only (upstream #4626, #4517).
- **Claude**: cost history counts one-hour cache writes toward the models.dev long-context tier and bills them at twice that tier's input rate, as upstream does. Before, a row that crossed the tier only because of one-hour writes was priced at base rates.
