What changes

• /changelog/ keeps only what players and streamers notice. The Under the hood lines, the code-only 0.7.1 release, self-hosting and backups are gone from it. 0.6.2 is now Small fixes and 0.6.1 is Rank fixes. The subtitle points to CHANGELOG.md in the source.
• CHANGELOG.md (new) has code, tooling and ops notes for every release, 0.1.0 to 0.8.0, built from git history.
• tests/changelog.test.ts checks that CHANGELOG.md's newest version equals package.json, that both files go newest first, that every page release appears in CHANGELOG.md with the same date, and that the page subtitle equals package.json.
• Docs: LIVE_FIX (how to cut a version), CONTRACTS §2, PAGES.

Checks

• bun run check: 426/426. The new tests fail when a date or the version drifts (checked by hand).
• bun run test:ui passes.
• The design check is clean, and the page looks right at 1280 and 390 px.
