What changes for players

Typing !changelog in chat makes the bot (or StreamElements) post the newest release and a link to the changelog page:

It works while duels are paused and without a saved fighter. Streamers on StreamElements get one more command line to paste on the mod page.

Code

• changelog joins SE_ACTIONS, SE_READ_ACTIONS and DEFAULT_SE_NAMES (!changelog). seChangelogText in server/streamelements.ts builds the line.
• LATEST_RELEASE in the new server/release.ts holds the version and name. tests/changelog.test.ts fails if it drifts from the page's newest release or from package.json.
• The bot e2e (!fray e2e) gains a changelog step (19 steps).
• Docs: CONTRACTS route and chat-line entries, DUELS, STREAMER_SETUP command lists (14 commands), and the Rules tab table.

Tests

bun run check: 431/431 pass. A new test covers the bot reply and the StreamElements reply while paused, with no fighter.
