chore: write the whole changelog in the standard format - #82

CHANGELOG.md was written in a compact layout, without a blank line after its headings and with an en dash in the four oldest version headings. Many entries were lowercase, such as "bump js libs", five had pull request links, and the Nextcloud versions were under Changed in several wordings, from "bump max NC version to 28" to "Added support for NC 34, dropped NC 30 and NC 31". Every version now has the same layout as integration_youtube's changelog: a hyphen in each version heading and a blank line after every heading, entries in sentence case without pull request links, the Nextcloud versions the app gained as "Added support for Nextcloud N" under Added and those it dropped under Removed, with the PHP 8.1 that 1.2.0 dropped in the same Removed line, and the generic dependency updates as "Update dependencies", or "Update dependencies & translations" where the entry named translations too. 1.0.0's "First iteration of the app" reads "Initial release for Nextcloud 22 to 25", the range at its tag. The Nextcloud versions follow appinfo/info.xml at each version's tag. 1.0.4 raised the maximum from 25 to 27, so its line names Nextcloud 26 as well. 1.0.5 raised the minimum from 22 to 25 and 1.0.8 raised the maximum from 30 to 31, which no entry said; both are added. Every version of the changelog has the same layout
CHANGELOG.mdwas compact, without a blank line after its headings, the four oldest version headings had an en dash, many entries were lowercase ("bump js libs") and five had pull request links. Every version now has the layout of integration_youtube's changelog (nextcloud/integration_youtube#82): a hyphen in each version heading, a blank line after every heading, entries in sentence case without pull request links, and the generic dependency updates as "Update dependencies", or "Update dependencies & translations" where the entry named translations too. 1.0.0's "First iteration of the app" reads "Initial release for Nextcloud 22 to 25", the range at its tag.Supported Nextcloud versions are under Added and Removed
The Nextcloud versions were under Changed, in several wordings. The versions the app gained are now "Added support for Nextcloud N" under Added and those it dropped are under Removed, with the PHP 8.1 that 1.2.0 dropped in the same Removed line.
