Fix links to .md files that have an #anchor - #4487

The markdown-links plugin only rewrote links ending in .md/.mdx, so `page.md#section` kept the extension and 404'd, e.g. the nf-core extension pack link on the dev containers page. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Links to a markdown file with an
#anchorkeep their.mdand 404. For example, the "nf-core extension pack" link on Dev containers points to./vs-code.md#nf-core-extension-pack.bin/satteri/hast-markdown-links.tsonly rewrote links that end in.mdor.mdx. It now also rewrites them when an#anchoror a?queryfollows:page.md#sectionbecomespage/#section.Links fixed by this:
