Bumps ffmpeg-next from 8.1.0 to 9.0.0 to fix compilation against FFmpeg 9.x. The 8.x crate generates bindings against FFmpeg 7.x headers which are missing on systems with FFmpeg 9.0.1.

    • Updated the FFmpeg integration dependency to version 9.0.0.
