The H&S overview was a wide table where you had to hunt across the row to see what was missing. This swaps it for one card per event, so what's done and what isn't is visible at a glance.
Each card shows the event's status, dates and MIC, then its risk assessment, checklists and power tests, each marked as reviewed or awaiting review with view/edit/mark reviewed buttons next to it. At the top there's a quick count of events missing an RA and documents still waiting for review on the page.
RAG status
Confirmed and booked events get a red/amber/green badge (and a matching card border). Provisional events don't get one. Hover the badge to see the reason.
Checklists don't affect the colour. An event with no power test record at all can still be green.
Legacy version
The old table is still there, unchanged, behind a "Hate it? Legacy version" link (
?legacy=1).hs_list.htmlisn't touched. The legacy page gets a small "Back to the new version" link, added by a thin template that extends the old one.Screenshots
