Introduce context files — supporting data attached to a detection/analysis that is provided as context to the VLM/LLM (e.g. a glossary, prior document, reference material) to improve detection/redaction quality.
Distinct from the removed erroneous "Context Files" documentation (issue #269), which described a feature that never existed. This issue is to design and build the real thing.
Scope to define:
- What a context file is and how it's stored/associated (per-detection? per-pipeline? per-workspace?).
- How it's injected into the model request (RequestContext / prompt context).
- Size/format limits and encryption (context data may be sensitive).
- API to attach/detach context files.
