Adopts the organization-wide reusable repository-quality workflow from
openAMRobot/.github.The caller retains read-only permissions and runs on pull requests and pushes to
main. Repository-specific CI/CD remains separate and unchanged.The commit uses the Botshare maintainer DCO identity.
No branch-protection settings are changed by this PR.
