PR #311 switched from Filebrowser to Filebrowser Quantum. However, in my testing for that PR, I hadn't discovered that Filebrowser Quantum fundamentally changes the way URLs are structured due to its introduction of a way to specify multiple file [sources](https://filebrowserquantum.com/en/docs/configuration/sources/). As a consequence, there's no way to preserve backwards-compability with Filebrowser URLs: what was previously `/admin/fs/files/home/pi` now has to be something like `/admin/fs/files/root/home/pi`. This PR updates: - [x] Links into Filebrowser Quantum from the machine-portal landing page - [x] Links into Filebrowser Quantum from machine-admin (via openUC2/machine-admin#59 )
