A sleeping BrowserFabric session can retain an active OpenAgents tab record while its embedded share link stops working. Validation previously swallowed provider failures, so the UI kept displaying the broken iframe without a recovery state.
Add an explicit Reactivate action that wakes the existing session and reloads its current share URL. Validation now reports sleeping, unavailable, or alive without closing/replacing sessions. Sleeping tabs with active records get a recovery panel, and the toolbar recovery action remains available if the embedded viewer fails independently of session liveness.
Validation: 63 backend tests, 11 browser UI tests, and TypeScript checking pass. Live diagnosis reproduced BrowserFabric HTTP 500 for both get_page_info (probe and explicit wake) and list_sessions. That provider failure still blocks end-to-end recovery verification. No deployment or database migration performed.
