Update the cache-pin regression assertion

The repository test TestArtifactBuildCacheIsSeparateAndRefreshable in internal/releaseworkflow/workflow_test.go:960-962 still requires the previous 0057852... SHA, so every test run containing this package will fail after the workflow starts using 55cc834.... Update that assertion alongside the action bump so the structural validation accepts the reviewed v6.1.0 pin.
