Users relying on these release notes will miss the automatic-download safety change from #558: commit fa7f917 is between the 1.39.0 release commit and this release, and changes server-suggested hidden filenames such as .zshenv to visible generated names, but it is absent from every section here. Add that user-visible fix to the 1.39.1 changelog.

Users reviewing the 1.39.1 notes will miss the breaking safety change from #559: commit e539d97 is between the 1.39.0 release and this release and makes explicit downloads reject symlink destinations that were previously followed. Because this changes documented file-saving behavior and may require callers to pass the symlink target instead, add it to the Bug Fixes section.
