Problem:
we have a flaky test:
apiSharingNg1/enableDisableShareSync.feature:422. The related issue is: #1878.I can't add this test to the expected failures file because if it passes, the CI fails.
To handle this case, I can skip it or I'd like to rerun flaky tests once. Any test that should be rerun must be marked with the @flaky tag.
